At EverSong, every order is created with care and attention.
Because each item is personalised and made to order, shipping timelines include both production time and delivery time.

This policy explains what to expect and how we deliver your keepsake safely.

Where We Ship

We currently ship worldwide

If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Production Time

All EverSong products are custom-made.

Typical production times:

🎼 Song creation: 1-2 working days
🖼 Artwork printing & framing: 3–4 working days

Production begins once your order and personalisation details are received.

Shipping Time

Once complete we'll send your MP3 and printable art by email.

For purchasers of the Premium package,

Once your artwork is ready, it is carefully packaged and shipped.

We will use one of our 30 print hubs dotted all around the world so you will receive your artwork in approximately 4-6 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and courier services.

Express Shipping

Express options are available for many products and destinations.

Express shipping may reduce delivery time but does not eliminate production time.

If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend contacting us before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders over $45.95

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking link (where available)

Packaging & Care

Your EverSong artwork is:

  • Carefully packaged

  • Protected for transit

  • Gift-ready on arrival

We take every step to ensure your keepsake arrives safely.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and item

We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

If an item is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we do our best to meet all timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Extreme weather or force majeure events

We appreciate your understanding and will always keep you informed.

Digital Delivery

Your personalised song (MP3 + listening page) is delivered digitally by email once completed — regardless of shipping timelines.
