Because EverSong products are personalised and custom-made, refunds are limited.
1. Custom Products
Once production has started, we cannot offer refunds.
This includes:

Custom lyric artwork

Framed prints
2. Faulty Products
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective:

We will replace it free of charge

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
3. Digital Files
Due to the nature of digital products, MP3 files are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life happens.
