Refund Policy
Every EverSong product is personalised and made just for you. Because of that, our approach to refunds is a little different from an off-the-shelf shop — but we're committed to making sure you love what you receive.
We'll Revise Until It's Right
Before we ever talk about refunds, we'd much rather make your song perfect. If something isn't quite landing, just tell us what you'd like changed.
- Unlimited revisions, free of charge
- Typical turnaround of 1–2 business days
- We'll keep refining until it feels exactly right
This is the heart of how we look after you: a personalised song should feel like yours, and we'll work with you until it does.
Custom & Personalised Products
Because these items are made specifically for you, we can't offer refunds once production has begun. This applies to:
- Personalised songs
- Custom lyric artwork
- Framed prints
Digital Files
Due to the nature of digital products, MP3 files are non-refundable once delivered.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your artwork or print arrives damaged or defective, we'll put it right:
- We'll replace it free of charge, or arrange a suitable resolution
- Please notify us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo of the issue where possible
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain fully protected.
